Appointments

To schedule an appointment for a sick child, please contact the office as early in the day as possible.  If your child needs a routine physical, contact the office at least two weeks before the date required.  Please schedule an appointment for every child to be examined rather than asking for additional time upon arrival.  Patients who walk in without an appointment will be asked to wait until a doctor has time available.

Plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  If you know you’re going to be late, please call.  Late or very early arrivals disrupt the schedule and force other patients to wait.  If you’re unable to keep a scheduled appointment please call to cancel.  Families who repeatedly “no show” for scheduled appointments may be asked to seek future care elsewhere.

Seriously injured and very ill children are treated upon arrival and we ask for your understanding if you must wait while we provide emergency care.

Insurance and Billing

We are happy to file insurance and are contracted with most major insurance companies.  Please call us for information specific to your insurance company and plan.

We accept checks, cash or credit and debit cards.  Please ask to speak with our Patient Account Representative or call 314-567-1769 if you need assistance with your bill.
